Tyto kombinované techniky jsem vytvářel z potřeby dobrat se přehledného řádu ve skladbě kompozice, vyčistit paletu, rozvíjet stylizaci předchozího období apod. Pro mne je s odstupem let zde důležité symbolické uchopení tématu – vize myšlenky. Svým způsobem jsou tyto začátky předzvěstí budoucích obrazů, ve kterých jde o individualizaci člověka – jeho vymezení vzhledem k transcendentnímu světu…

Z druhé strany je touha po čistých barvách něčím hodně přirozeným – škoda, že mně nebylo nikdy dáno jednoduše se zmocnit motivu - škoda, že jsem si nemohl nikdy postmoderně krásně „hrát“. V té době jsem pochopitelně nemohl tušit, že mne čekají celá desetiletí boje o právo na vlastní názor…

On the other hand : the desire for pure colors something very natural - pity that it was never given to me simply grasp theme - pity that I could not never "play" for myself in post-modern sense.
